A perfect app to drive reviews, very easy to build credibility and trust. The backend is also very intuitive. The most important piece, the customer support, for once I felt it was a BOT for a chat like replies to mail but very specific replies for complex scenarios proved otherwise. Overall, really happy with the app.
I recently upgraded my Judge.me plan and began setting up a coupon incentive for customers who leave a review. While configuring a flat‑value credit, the preview kept displaying a percentage instead of the dollar amount. I reached out to support to confirm whether I had set it up correctly, and they responded quickly, clearly, and were extremely helpful.
They verified that my configuration was correct and explained that the preview display issue is a known bug that does not affect the actual coupon behavior. I appreciated the transparency and the fast turnaround but would recommend that issues like these be resolved or find a work around. I ended up spending a considerable amount of time trying to fix something that couldn't be fixed and not feeling great about not being able to confirm what my customers will actually see.
Overall, the app continues to work well for my needs, and the support team is terrific — responsive, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving questions promptly.
